DOUGLAS ROSS
The founder of the independent production company Evolution Media
(formerly Evolution Film & Tape, Inc.),
Douglas Ross heads up the company's varied slate of reality
programs. Currently, Ross is Executive Producer of Bravo's "Real Housewives of
Orange County," MTV's "Yo Momma" starring Wilmer Valderrama, and Court
TV's "Beach Patrol." Recent credits include Disney Channel's original movie,
"Now You See It," ABC Family's teen reality strip "Switched!," TLC's
"Clean Sweep" and "Ten Years Younger," TBS's reality comedy "He's
a Lady," the Lowes/TBS-branded entertainment venture "House Rules", and
Bravo's high profile gay romance series, "Boy Meets Boy."
Ross launched the first season of NBC's alternative series "Fear
Factor," and the first season of CBS's "Big Brother." He is the creator
and Executive Producer of Disney Channel's documentary series "Bug
Juice" and "Movie Surfers" (now in it's tenth season). Ross is also
the co-creator and Executive Producer for two other Disney Channel
reality series, "Totally In Tune" and the critically acclaimed "Totally
Hoops."
Ross also executive produced Bravo's docu-series "Gay Weddings," the
comedy special "HBO Workspace" for HBO, Columbia-TriStar's syndicated
series "The Three Stooges" and "Screen Gems Network," and InStyle
Magazine's NBC special, "InStyle Celebrities at Home."
Ross began his television career working with documentary companies,
serving as a line producer, segment producer and writer. Ross' early
credits include the CINE award-winning documentary "Choosing Victory,"
about wheelchair athletes in the 1984 Summer Olympic Games, and ABC's
"The Making of Captain EO," the network television introduction of the
Michael Jackson 3-D experience at Disneyland.
Shortly after founding Evolution, Ross created, wrote and produced the
interactive and dramatic children's educational series, "The House," in
association with WGBH-TV (PBS) in Boston. He went on to create for
numerous broadcast and cable networks a series of special projects
featuring "real people" -- among them are PBS' Emmy Award-winning
"Future Quest" and a CBS "Back to School" prime-time special, featuring
documentary segments shot in high schools.
Through Evolution's industrial division, Ross has supervised production
on numerous promo campaigns for ABC, TLC, FX, Lifetime and Comedy
Central. Most recently, Ross co-created and Executive Produced "Share the Love" -
an innovative new media project for American Express and JetBlue. He also supervised
the development and production of several long-form projects, including the "The
Declaration of Independence Road Trip" for Norman Lear, and "Total Immersion,"
a one-hour documentary special about Universal Studios' $3 billion theme park, Islands of
Adventure.

GREGORY
STEWART
Gregory Stewart joined Evolution Film & Tape,
Inc. in 1990 to handle the company's management and financial needs
as EF&T continued its expansion. Stewart had most recently spent
four years at Richard Grant & Associates, a top entertainment P.R.
firm, coordinating public relations activities for a variety of individual
celebrities (including Joel Grey, Bob Saget, Joan Van Ark and Eric Idle),
theatre and television series ("MacGYVER," "The Days and
Nights of Molly Dodd"). But when the opportunity to join Evolution
presented itself, Stewart jumped at the chance to try his hand at film/video
production while having the practical opportunity to put his financial expertise to
good use.
In addition to handling Evolution’s general business operations, Stewart
oversees budgets and production cash flows for all its series, and works closely
with the producers and Executive in Charge of Production to coordinate each show's
operations with that of the company. He also occasionally writes and produces
some of Industrial Evolution’s corporate and short-form productions.
Originally from Denver, Stewart moved to Los Angeles a couple of years
after graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a
B.S. in Finance. Stewart is active in several charitable organizations.
He is on the board and serves as CFO for Hollywood Heart, an L.A.-based
organization whose two-pronged mission provides camping and other
recreational opportunities to youth affected or infected by HIV/AIDS,
as well as reaching out to other at-risk Los Angeles youth with a variety
of after school programming and educational opportunities.

KATHLEEN
FRENCH
Kathleen developed her interest for the arts while
studying dance as a child. She worked as a professional dancer performing
in theater and television in the United States and internationally.
Kathleen staged and choreographed for the avant-garde San Francisco
music group "The Residents" as well as world famous magicians
"Penn & Teller." While studying Dance and Fine Arts at
California State University, Long Beach, Kathleen began performing
in music videos and developed an interest in producing
video and film.
In 1987, Kathleen moved to New York City where she was hired at the
newly launched cable network Travel Channel. She worked her way through
the ranks of the network, being promoted to Production Coordinator and
then to Production Manager. In 1989, she joined HBO to develop and launch
the cable network Comedy Channel. Kathleen was the Production Manager
during the network's launch and was promoted to Line Producer when the
network merged to become Comedy Central in 1990.
Kathleen relocated to Los Angeles in 1991 and began work at Fox Television
Stations Productions. During her tenure, she produced "Totally
Hidden Video," "America's Most Wanted" and several
pilots. She then transferred to Fox News where she developed and went
on to produce the network news magazine show "Front Page."
In 1994 Kathleen developed and produced the science and technology series,
"Future Quest." In the three years following, Kathleen produced
two series for The Learning Channel: "Simply Style," and "What
A World." She also was part of the TCI Internet think-tank, "AND
Interactive."
In 1997, Kathleen joined Evolution Film & Tape, Inc. and is the Executive
Vice President of Production. Her productions with the
company include "Big Brother," "Fear Factor," ABC Family's
"Switched," Disney Channel's Original Movie "Now You See It,"
and "Driven" and "Bands Reunited" For VH1. Kathleen's
current projects include Bravo's "Real Housewives of Orange County Season
II" and Court TV's "Beach Patrol."
Kathleen is married to writer Bill Fritz and they have a
daughter, Maggie.
